BLC Real Estate, a division of Boston Legacy Companies, formed articles of corporation in June of 2008. An instant success, BLC Real Estate grossed approximately $3.5 Million in sales in its first year of business.  In 2009, BLC Real Estate grossed approximately $5.3 Million in Sales. We have begun 2010 with increasing sales and looking to double our 2009 numbers.

As a full service brokerage, BLC Real Estate provides support for both buyers and sellers, including foreclosures, short sales and bank owned properties. However, what sets BLC Real Estate apart is the personalized experience we provide to each client as we diligently search to find buyers the home of their dreams.

BLC Real Estate agents provide a comprehensive home buying experience – including comparative sales reports of area homes that have recently sold and an affiliate partner, Bank of America, who handles in house mortgage analysis for our clients – including tax and insurance costs – taking the guesswork out of what each home will cost.
